Cancellation & Refund Policy

This Cancellation & Refund Policy ("Policy") governs the terms under which refunds are handled by Qolaba ("we", "our", or "us"). Our platform is designed for the creation and distribution of digital artworks, and this Policy applies to all users, including artists, creators, and buyers. Your use of our platform constitutes agreement to this Policy.

1 Overview

Qolaba provides a SaaS platform for users to create and trade digital artworks. Due to the unique nature of digital content, our refund policy is subject to specific limitations.

2 Refund Eligibility

Sales on our platform are considered final. Refunds are only provided under the conditions stated in this Policy or as required by law. To qualify for a refund:

1. You must request a refund or exchange within 24 hours of the transaction.

2. The digital content must be in the same condition as it was when it was purchased

3. You must provide us with proof of purchase and the reason for the refund or exchange request.

4. We reserve the right to reject any refund or exchange request in our sole discretion.

3 Refund Process

If you meet the eligibility criteria for a refund or exchange, please contact us at support@qolaba.ai with your proof of purchase and the reason for your refund or exchange request. We will review your request and notify you of our decision within 10 business days. If we approve your request, we will provide a refund to the original payment method used for the transaction or issue an exchange.

4 Cancellation Policy

Users may cancel their subscriptions or services according to the following guidelines:

1. Subscription cancellations must be requested at least 48 hours before the renewal date to avoid charges for the next billing cycle.

2. Cancellations can be made by contacting our support team at support@qolaba.ai with the subject line "Subscription Cancellation".

3. Upon cancellation, users will continue to have access to their subscription services until the end of the current billing period.

5 Non-Refundable Transactions

Certain transactions may be non-refundable, including but not limited to:

1. Digital content that has been downloaded or used by the buyer.

2. Custom or personalized digital content that has been created to the buyer's specifications.

6 Disputes

If you are not satisfied with our decision regarding your refund or exchange request, you may file a dispute with us by contacting us at support@qolaba.ai. We will review your dispute and provide a final decision within 10 business days.

7 Amendments

We reserve the right to amend this Policy at any time in our sole discretion. If we make any material changes to this Policy, we will notify you by posting the revised Policy on our website. Your continued use of our Platform after the effective date of any revised Policy constitutes your acceptance of the revised Policy.
